The Learning Launchpad is CARES’ 5 year initiative to create a demonstration facility that integrates therapy services, childcare, academic acceleration, community connection, workforce training, and research & development. All designed with inclusion at their core!

On-site, quality childcare that supports both therapy providers and community families, designed with specialized enhancements to meet the needs of all children, including those with special needs.
ACADEMIC ACCELERATION
ABA-based academic intervention that builds essential skills, closes learning gaps, and accelerates progress to help students achieve success in school regardless of their starting point.
COMMUNITY CONNETION
Collaborative network connecting families to peer support systems, professional resources, and community organizations to ensure no parent navigates their child’s developmental journey alone.
WORKFORCE TRAINING
A comprehensive career pathway program creating the next generation of skilled therapeutic providers through structured educational routes—from high school through graduate studies—addressing critical workforce shortages in children’s services.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Pioneering evidence-based innovations, evaluating outcomes, and disseminating best practices to maximize the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and demonstrate measurable community impact.
